Dr. Julianne Malveaux, economist, columnist and president of Bennett College in North Carolina, delivers the keynote speech at the Urban League of Portland's Equal Opportunity day Dinner, Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at the Oregon Convention Center.
